We are 35-2 bedroom 2 bath condominium apartments and we’re located directly on the beach at the north end of Holmes Beach. We are among the last beachfront commercial rental properties at the north end of Anna Maria Island. Two blocks to the north and the beachfront properties are just about exclusively residential. David “Fritz” Dahlquist manages Nautilus Vacation Rentals through his on-site rental office every day except Wednesday, and he is on duty when necessary on Sundays. Often a telephone conversation is the quickest way for you to have your questions answered, and Fritz is happy to talk with you any work day from 8 AM to 5 PM.
